Our work spans three core domains: X: Personal Development Coaching; Y: Mission Attunenment/Integration Guidance; and Z: Teambuilding & Leadership Development Consulting. Our approach is multi-modal, yet rooted in Servant Leadership and Existential Positive Psychology, where I work to integrate the quantitative and the qualitative, using empirically validated methods, as well as other tools proven by human experience. Each aimed at assisting individuals, teams, and organizations to cultivate holistic growth, create dynamic thriving cultures, capable of navigating change more gracefully as well as complex emotional landscapes.

Timothy Barton is the real deal. You could say he was born and raised to be a professional helper of humans, as the son of two psychologists! That being said, he has developed his own unique brand of “No B.S.” positive psychology coaching, with the overarching tenet of mastering Christ-centered mindfulness.
